I’m honoured to be Captain of Donaghadee Golf Club for the 2025/26 season. It’s a role I’m proud to take on at a club that has been part of the local community for over 125 years.
Whether you’re visiting for the first time or returning to familiar fairways, I’m confident you’ll enjoy everything Donaghadee has to offer. We take great pride in our course and in the warm, friendly atmosphere created by our members and staff.

Being invited to be Lady Captain of Donaghadee Golf Club for 2026/7 means more to me than I can say.
Having been a member since 1998, it is a privilege to step into a role surrounded by friendship and support.
My hopes for the year are simple ~ to follow the example of our excellent previous Captains. To raise funds for the club; to represent Donaghadee Golf Club proudly at home and away; to support and encourage long standing members; and to welcome new playing and social members.
With your help, I will continue to promote and grow the spirit and reputation of our club.

‘As President of Donaghadee Golf Club I extend a warm welcome to our Club website. It is a great honour for me to be President of Donaghadee Golf Club and I look forward to enjoying Golf and social engagement with our members and visitors throughout my term in office.
Our 18 hole course is situated on the coast road approximately 6 miles from Bangor, County Down and enjoys superb views over the Irish Sea to Scotland. Over the past few years we have invested significantly on our course and short game Practise Academy resulting in very favourable comments from our members and visitors.
Our professionals shop is well stocked and it’s staff will be delighted to help you with your golfing needs, while after your game you can enjoy a drink and meal in our Clubhouse, again enjoying the beautiful views out over the Irish Sea. A great way to round of the perfect days golf.’
