& DISTRICT CUP |
| Our
Belfast & District team bowed out of this year’s
competition on Friday (13 June) at the hands of a Whitehead
side that deserved to go through to the next round to meet
Carnalea. Try as they might our team just couldn’t crawl
back the enormous 6-1 away leg deficit from Tuesday night.
It was always going to be a bridge too far but gracious in
defeat the team wish the opposition from the other side of
Belfast Lough all the best in the next round. |
